Boise Family Medical Center opened at their current location in 1984. Our clinic offers lab, x-ray, minor surgery and many other family practice procedures. We are open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. We offer a five physician call program for after hour emergencies. Our office schedules by appointment but offer a walk-in appointment for emergencies. Our physicians are on staff at St. Alphonsus and St. Lukes Boise and Meridian locations, We also have a female nurse practitioner that works part time and is excellent with women's health care.
Dale L. Mock M.D.
Dr. Mock attended the University of Nebraska School of Medicine with graduation in 1969. He completed his internship at William Beaumont General Army Hospital.
He was in private practice in Boise Idaho until 1982. He then was Chief Emergency Room Physician in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia from 1982 to 1984. Upon his return to Idaho he resumed private practice in Boise Idaho.
Eric S. Jacobsen, M.D.
Dr. Jacobsen attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine with graduation in 1991. He completed his residency at Wichita Center for Graduate Medicine in 1994. He practiced rural medicine in Colby Kansas until 2002.
He relocated his family to Boise Idaho in 2002 and joined our team, and he has been a great asset to our facility.
