Circle of Health member Terms are on a month-to month basis. In the event of termination or cancellation, Members are not entitled to a refund of the current Term’s Membership Fees. If Membership Fees are being paid with any auto-payment function (ACH, credit card, etc), Circle of Health will stop collecting fees in a reasonable amount of time, but no later than twenty (20) days after the membership is cancelled.

Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations hereunder that have previously accrued, or that thereafter arise with respect to any occurrence prior to termination, and such rights and obligations shall continue to be governed by the terms of this Agreement. Membership fees are deemed earned upon receipt and no refunds will be given in the event a Member fails to use any or all of the benefits available under the Circle of Health Member Program.
